* LOCATIONS...BROOME AND CHENANGO COUNTIES IN CENTRAL NEW YORK.

* HAZARDS...HEAVY SNOWFALL.

* ACCUMULATIONS...STORM TOTALS 6 TO 10 INCHES...WITH LOCALLY
  HIGHER AMOUNTS IN SOUTHERN AND EASTERN PORTIONS OF THESE
  COUNTIES...MAINLY SOUTH AND EAST OF A LINE FROM KIRKWOOD...TO
  HARPURSVILLE...TO BAINBRIDGE.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL OVERSPREAD THE REGION LATE THIS
  MORNING...QUICKLY BECOMING HEAVY AT TIMES BY MIDDAY OR EARLY
  AFTERNOON. SNOWFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR COULD OCCUR
  THIS AFTERNOON.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE UPPER 20S.

* WINDS...NORTH 5 TO 10 MPH.

* ACCUMULATIONS...STORM TOTALS OF 8 TO 12 INCHES...WITH LOCALLY
  GREATER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE ACROSS THE HIGHER TERRAIN.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL CONTINUE...HEAVY AT TIMES...THROUGH THIS
  EVENING. THE HIGHEST SNOWFALL RATES ARE LIKELY TO OCCUR THROUGH
  THE MID AND LATE AFTERNOON HOURS...WITH 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR
