...BLIZZARD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
MONDAY AFTERNOON...

* TIMING...LATE SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON.

* STORM TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...UP TO 2 INCHES WITH LOCALLY
  HIGHER AMOUNTS.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...NORTHWEST WIND 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO
NEAR 50 MPH. VISIBILITIES MAY DROP BELOW ONE QUARTER MILE FOR AN
EXTENDED PERIOD WITH NEAR WHITEOUT CONDITIONS POSSIBLE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW CAN CREATE
TREACHEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS AND EVEN LEAD TO NEARLY
  IMPOSSIBLE TRAVEL IN SOME AREAS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A BLIZZARD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FALLING AND/OR
BLOWING SNOW WITH STRONG WINDS AND EXTREMELY POOR VISIBILITIES.
THIS CAN LEAD TO WHITEOUT CONDITIONS AND MAKE TRAVEL VERY
DANGEROUS.
