AFTERNOON TO MIDNIGHT PST TONIGHT...

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 4 INCHES ABOVE 1500 FEET.

* TIMING...SNOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP DURING WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON
  AND CONTINUE THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING. SNOW MAY TRANSITION TO A
  PERIOD OF LIGHT FREEZING DRIZZLE LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

* SNOW LEVEL...RISING FROM 1500 FEET ON WEDNESDAY TO AROUND 5000
  FEET LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THE SNOW LEVEL WILL BE LOWEST OVER TRINITY
  HORN.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED...WEAVERVILLE...JUNCTION CITY...HELENA...
  TRINITY CENTER...CARRVILLE...HAYFORK...FOREST GLEN.

* HIGHWAYS IMPACTED...HIGHWAYS 299...3...AND 36 ABOVE 1500 FEET
