URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE
National Weather Service Green Bay WI
939 PM CST Fri Feb 24 2017

...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONTINUES INTO TONIGHT...

.A winter storm will continue to impact the region tonight before
gradually tapering off late tonight into Saturday morning. Light
snow will continue to spread east as the storm pulls away with
additional light accumulations expected. Any wintry mix over
eastern Wisconsin will transition to all snow after midnight.
Gusty north to northwest winds are expected to persist into
tonight and bring more blowing and drifting of the fresh snow.

Freezing drizzle during the afternoon and evening hours has caused
area roadways to become ice covered. In addition, snow on top of
the ice has caused the roads to become even more slippery.
Therefore slippery roads and hazardous driving conditions are
expected for the rest of the overnight hours.
