.AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL BRING ACCUMULATING SNOW TO
SOUTHERN WISCONSIN TODAY AND THIS EVENING. UP TO A FEW INCHES OF
POWDERY SNOW IS FORECAST FOR DANE...IOWA...LAFAYETTE...GREEN...AND
ROCK COUNTIES WITH LESSER AMOUNTS ELSEWHERE ACROSS SOUTHERN
WISCONSIN. SOME BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF SNOW IN THE AFTERNOON IS
EXPECTED AS WINDS BECOME GUSTY.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES
  ARE EXPECTED. THE SNOW WILL BE POWDERY.

* WINDS / VISIBILITIES...SOUTHEAST WINDS UP TO 15 MPH WITH WIND
