...SNOW SHOWERS TO PERSIST OVERNIGHT WITH BITTER COLD WIND CHILLS...

.VERY COLD AIR WILL PREVAIL ACROSS THE REGION THROUGH THE END OF
THE WEEK. MOISTURE COMBINED WITH NORTHWEST WINDS WILL RESULT IN
PERIODS OF LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW SHOWERS THROUGH LATE TONIGHT
ALONG THE WESTERN SLOPES OF THE APPALACHIANS. IN ADDITION... WIND
CHILLS WILL DROP WELL BELOW ZERO...TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY MORNING.
SOME BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF SNOW WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE.
