.SYNOPSIS...A high extending over most of the waters will slowly
drift S through Thu. It will then settle across the far S waters
Thu night where it will persist through Fri night. A cold front
will pass across the northern waters Thu afternoon through Fri. A
weak ridge will follow Fri night before another low forms and
pushes offshore near the Carolinas on Sat and slowly continues E
through Sun night while weakening.
