.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate E to SE winds prevail over the
local waters, south of a weak ridge extending E to W along 25N.
A deep layered trough will move into the central Caribbean Wed
then shift slowly NE through Fri, promoting active weather
across western portions of the local area. Weak low pressure is
expected to develop N of Hispaniola Thu and shift N-NE through
Sun, and may increase winds across the local area Wednesday
night and Thursday.
