VISIBILITY WILL LOCALLY BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE MILE. VISIBILITY SHOULD GRADUALLY IMPROVE AFTER 1 AM. FOG WAS REDUCING VISIBILITY TO BELOW 1 MILE.
