* At 416 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Adkins Store,
  or near Charles City, moving east at 25 mph.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible.

  Charles City, Ruthville, and Adkins Store around 420 PM EDT.
