  AN AREA OF HEAVY RAINFALL OVER CURRITUCK...CENTRAL CAMDEN...EASTERN
  PASQUOTANK...CITY OF VIRGINIA BEACH...EASTERN CITY OF CHESAPEAKE
  AND CITY OF NORFOLK COUNTIES. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT
  BETWEEN ONE HALF AND THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN
  OVER THE ADVISORY AREA OVER THE PAST 90 MINUTES...WITH AN
  ADDITIONAL ONE HALF TO FULL INCH OF RAIN POSSIBLE THROUGH 1 PM EDT.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING TO
  OCCUR...ESPECIALLY ALONG SMALL STREAMS...IN LOW LYING AREAS...AND
