* WHAT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 kt today shifting southeast 10
  to 20 knots tonight, then south 15 to 20 kt on Monday. Waves
  building to 2 to 5 ft today, lingering into Monday.

* WHERE...Nearshore Waters from Sheboygan to Winthrop Harbor IL.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
