...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 6 AM EDT
FRIDAY...
...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level
  expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal
  waterways.

* WHERE...In New Jersey, Gloucester, Camden and Northwestern
  Burlington. In Pennsylvania, Delaware, Philadelphia and Lower
  Bucks.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 6 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the most
  vulnerable roads along tidal waterways. Some partial or full
  road closures are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Another round of minor coastal flooding is
  forecast for late Friday night into early Saturday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.

...COASTAL FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY EVENING THROUGH LATE
FRIDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one foot of
  inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near
  shorelines and tidal waterways. For the Coastal Flood Watch,
  one to two feet of inundation above ground level possible in
  low- lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways.

* WHERE...In Delaware, Inland Sussex and Delaware Beaches. In
  New Jersey, Atlantic, Cape May, Atlantic Coastal Cape May and
  Coastal Atlantic.

* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from 8 PM this evening
  to 2 AM EDT Friday. For the Coastal Flood Watch, from Friday
  evening through late Friday night.

* IMPACTS...At this level, widespread roadway flooding occurs in
  coastal and bayside communities and along inland tidal
  waterways. Many roads become impassable. Some damage to
  vulnerable structures may begin to occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Increasing onshore flow during the day on
  Friday combined with the higher astronomical tides will increase
  the potential for moderate coastal flooding with the Friday
  night high tide.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.
