.DISCUSSION...A cold front will continue to progress eastward this
afternoon with the front reaching the burn site between 4-5 PM PDT.
Southwest winds will be strongest along the front, with gusts of 20
to 25 mph for a few hours into the early evening. Precipitation will
be light as the front crosses, though convergence activity forming over
Skagit and Whatcom Counties later this evening into the overnight hours
may prolong precipitation and cause locally heavy showers. Conditions
Sunday will be much cooler with scattered light shower activity. Drier
into Monday and Tuesday with a warming trend.
