...RED FLAG WARNING TODAY FROM 11 AM TO 8 PM MDT ACROSS EASTERN
NM AND UPPER RIO GRANDE VALLEY DUE TO STRONG WINDS, VERY LOW
HUMIDITY, AND AN UNSTABLE ATMOSPHERE...

.Critical conditions are forecast to redevelop Wednesday
afternoon east of the central mountain chain and within the Upper
Rio Grande Valley. The lowest relative humidity and strongest
winds will focus over the northeast highlands and northeast
plains.

...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THIS MORNING TO 8 PM MDT
THIS EVENING...

The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Red Flag
Warning...which is in effect from 11 AM this morning to 8 PM MDT
this evening.

* AREA AND TIMING...Upper Rio Grande Valley (Zone 121) from 11 AM
  until 8 PM.

* 20 FOOT WINDS...West and northwest 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to
  40 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum values between 9 and 10 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Please advise the appropriate officials or fire crews in the
field of this Red Flag Warning.

  and 126) and the Central and Northeast Highlands (Zones 123 and
  125) from 11 AM until 8 PM.

* 20 FOOT WINDS...West and northwest 20 to 35 mph with gusts up
  to 50 mph, particularly in the central and northeast
  highlands.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum values between 6 and 12 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
