...THE FOLLOWING RIVERS ARE FORECAST TO RISE NEAR OR ABOVE FLOOD
STAGE BY LATE MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY...

  Rifle River at Sterling...Manistee River at Sherman

Additional rain amounts of 0.50 to 1.00 are expected tonight through Monday morning...bringing storm total amounts to nearly 2 inches in some areas. A couple of rivers in northern Michigan are expected to approach or
exceed flood stage early this week after this rainfall drains into
the river systems.

The Manistee River at Sherman is expected...at this time...to
approach flood stage on Tuesday.

The Rifle River at Sterling is expected...at this time...to exceed flood stage Monday night into Tuesday.
