* ALL OF NORTHERN LOWER MICHIGAN...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
  COUNTIES...ALCONA...ALPENA...ANTRIM...ARENAC...BENZIE...
  CHARLEVOIX...CHEBOYGAN...CRAWFORD...EMMET...GLADWIN...GRAND
  TRAVERSE...IOSCO...KALKASKA...LEELANAU...MANISTEE...
  MISSAUKEE...MONTMORENCY...OGEMAW...OSCODA...OTSEGO...PRESQUE
  ISLE...ROSCOMMON...AND WEXFORD.

* THROUGH MONDAY EVENING.

* ADDITIONAL RAINFALL...LOCALLY HEAVY...WILL OCCUR TONIGHT INTO
  MONDAY MORNING. COMBINED WITH FROZEN GROUND AND RECENT SNOW
  MELT...THE THREAT FOR FLOODING WILL EXIST FOR MUCH OF NORTHERN
  LOWER MICHIGAN INTO THE UPCOMING WORK WEEK...WITH THE HIGHEST
  CONCERN FOR AREAS ALONG AND SOUTH OF M-72.

* ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE EXPECTED
  TONIGHT. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE WHERE
  THUNDERSTORMS OCCUR.
