PRECIPITATION AND WINDY CONDITIONS TO MUCH OF NORTHERN MICHIGAN.
CONFIDENCE REMAINS ON THE LOW SIDE REGARDING THE EXACT TRACK OF THIS
STORM SYSTEM...WHICH WILL DETERMINE HOW MUCH WINTRY PRECIPITATION
FALLS. THE LATEST GUIDANCE WOULD BRING A PERIOD OF RAIN TUESDAY INTO
WEDNESDAY...LIKELY CHANGING TO SNOW CHRISTMAS EVE INTO CHRISTMAS
