EASTERN UPPER MICHIGAN...AND ADJACENT NEARSHORE WATERS OF LAKE
MICHIGAN...LAKE HURON AND LAKE SUPERIOR.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

THERE IS A CHANCE FOR LIGHT FREEZING RAIN LATE TONIGHT IN PORTIONS
OF NORTHERN MICHIGAN.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

THERE IS A CHANCE OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN EARLY SUNDAY OVER PARTS
OF NORTHEAST LOWER MICHIGAN...AS WELL AS EASTERN UPPER MICHIGAN.

LIGHT RAIN ON SUNDAY FALLING ON SNOW-COVERED SIDE ROADS MAY
CREATE SLICK CONDITIONS IN SOME AREAS. AS TEMPERATURES FALL BELOW
FREEZING SUNDAY NIGHT AND THE RAIN TRANSITIONS BACK TO
SNOW...ADDITIONAL ICY CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP.

A POTENTIALLY STRONG WINTER STORM IS POSSIBLE TUESDAY AFTERNOON
THROUGH WEDNESDAY. THE TRACK OF THIS STORM REMAINS UNCERTAIN...BUT
THE POTENTIAL FOR SIGNIFICANT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE POSSIBLE.

LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL PRODUCE ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS IN THE
FAVORED SNOWBELTS THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK.
