This hazardous weather outlook is for northern Lower Michigan...
eastern Upper Michigan...and adjacent nearshore waters of Lake
Michigan...Lake Huron and Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Lake effect snow will focus over central and western Chippewa
County today. In northern lower Michigan, lake effect snow will
focus over far northern lower Michigan to start the morning,
moving southward by afternoon. Please see the latest winter
weather advisories for further details.

Lake effect snow will intensify tonight, especially overnight,
into parts of northwest lower Michigan, in particular near and
west of M-37.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Periods of snow and lake effect snow will continue into next
week.
