MICHIGAN...LAKE HURON AND LAKE SUPERIOR.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

SIGNIFICANT LAKE EFFECT SNOW IS EXPECTED TONIGHT IN THE LAKE
MICHIGAN SNOW BELTS...NEAR AND SOUTH OF GRAND TRAVERSE BAY.
SUBSTANTIAL BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW IS ALSO EXPECTED. SEE ONGOING
WINTER STORM WARNINGS AND ADVISORIES FOR DETAILS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

ACCUMULATING LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL CONTINUE WEDNESDAY AND
WEDNESDAY NIGHT OVER NORTHWEST LOWER MICHIGAN...ESPECIALLY NEAR
AND SOUTH OF GRAND TRAVERSE BAY. SUBSTANTIAL BLOWING AND DRIFTING
SNOW IS ALSO EXPECTED. SEE ONGOING WINTER STORM WARNINGS
AND ADVISORIES FOR DETAILS.

COLD AIR WILL BE IN PLACE WEDNESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY. THE COLDEST
WEATHER IS EXPECTED ON SATURDAY...WITH SINGLE DIGIT HIGH
TEMPERATURES. SUB-ZERO WIND CHILLS WILL BE COMMON.

COLD TEMPERATURES THROUGH THE REST OF THE WEEK MAY LEAD TO ICE
JAMMING ON AREA RIVERS.
