EASTERN UPPER MICHIGAN...AND ADJACENT NEARSHORE WATERS OF LAKE
MICHIGAN...LAKE HURON...AND LAKE SUPERIOR.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL CONTINUE EASTERN UPPER MICHIGAN...WITH
VISIBILITY NEAR ZERO IN SPOTS.

PERIODS OF HEAVIER RAIN TONIGHT MAY CAUSE LOCAL PONDING OF WATER
ON ROADWAYS...PARTICULARLY THOSE WHERE STORM DRAINS ARE CLOGGED BY
SNOW.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

GALE FORCE WINDS ARE EXPECTED MONDAY AFTERNOON INTO MONDAY NIGHT
FOR THE NEARSHORE WATERS OF LAKE HURON...GENERALLY SOUTH OF
THUNDER BAY.

SNOW MELT AND RAINFALL WILL PUSH THE MANISTEE RIVER NEAR SHERMAN
TO MINOR FLOOD STAGE BY TUESDAY MORNING. PLEASE SEE THE CURRENT
FLOOD WARNING FOR MORE DETAILS.

COLD AIR WILL ONCE AGAIN SPILL BACK INTO THE REGION LATE MONDAY
AND PERSIST THROUGH NEXT WEEKEND RESULTING IN PERIODS OF LAKE
EFFECT AND LAKE ENHANCED SNOW. THE WORST CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED
MONDAY EVENING INTO TUESDAY MORNING...WITH A PERIOD OF HEAVY
SNOW...BLOWING SNOW...AND POOR VISIBILITY LIKELY...WORST ACROSS
NORTHWEST LOWER MICHIGAN.

SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS NOT ANTICIPATED THROUGH MOST OF MONDAY.
HOWEVER...SPOTTERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO REPORT RAINFALL AMOUNTS
OVERNIGHT...AS WELL AS SNOWFALL AMOUNTS THROUGH THE THANKSGIVING
