THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHERN LOWER MICHIGAN...
EASTERN UPPER MICHIGAN...AND ADJACENT NEARSHORE WATERS OF LAKE
MICHIGAN...LAKE HURON AND LAKE SUPERIOR.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

A COLD FRONT WILL BRING A BAND OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO THE
OUTLOOK AREA TODAY. THE BEST CHANCE FOR STORMS WILL BE IN
NORTHEAST LOWER MICHIGAN...GENERALLY SOUTH OF M-32 AND ALONG AND
EAST US OF 127. A FEW STORMS IN THIS AREA MAY BE SEVERE WITH THE
PRIMARY THREAT BEING DAMAGING WINDS...BUT HAIL IS POSSIBLE IN THE
STRONGEST STORMS.

THERE IS ALSO A CHANCE FOR A STORM OF TWO LATE TONIGHT...BURIED
WITHIN DEVELOPING LAKE EFFECT RAIN SHOWERS...ACROSS FAR NORTHWEST
LOWER...THE STRAITS...AND OVER TO DRUMMOND ISLAND. THESE STORMS
WILL NOT BE SEVERE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR WATERSPOUTS OVER THE GREAT LAKES MONDAY
THROUGH TUESDAY...AS WELL AS ADDITIONAL STORMS IN CONTINUING LAKE
EFFECT RAIN SHOWERS ACROSS NORTHWEST LOWER MICHIGAN.
