THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHERN LOWER MICHIGAN...
EASTERN UPPER MICHIGAN...AND ADJACENT NEARSHORE WATERS OF LAKE
MICHIGAN...LAKE HURON AND LAKE SUPERIOR.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

RAIN WILL DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON AND INCREASE IN COVERAGE AND
INTENSITY THROUGH THIS EVENING. THERE IS A CHANCE THAT
THUNDERSTORMS WILL ACCOMPANY THE RAINFALL LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND
TONIGHT...MAINLY ACROSS NORTHERN LOWER MICHIGAN. NO SEVERE
WEATHER WILL OCCUR.

THERE IS ALSO A CHANCE THAT THE RAINFALL MAY BE HEAVY FOR A
TIME...PRODUCING LOCALIZED FLOODING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

ANOTHER WAVE OF POTENTIALLY HEAVY PRECIPITATION WILL ARRIVE
SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY...AND PRIMARILY IMPACT NORTHERN LOWER
MICHIGAN. THIS WAVE OF PRECIPITATION STILL HAS THE ABILITY TO
RESULT IN ACCUMULATING WET SNOW. THE EXACT LOCATION AND AMOUNT OF
WET SNOW IS TOO DIFFICULT TO DISCERN AT THIS TIME...AS THE DETAILS
REMAIN UNCERTAIN. SMALL VARIATIONS IN THE STORM TRACK WILL HAVE A
LARGE INFLUENCE ON THE SNOW POTENTIAL.

RIVER LEVELS REMAIN HIGH AND WILL INCREASE THIS WEEKEND THROUGH
EARLY NEXT WEEK...DUE TO THE EXPECTED RAINFALL AND REMAINING.
THIS WILL CONTINUE THE THREAT FOR LOWLAND AND RIVER FLOODING.
PLEASE SEE ONGOING FLOOD WATCH FOR DETAILS.

TEMPERATURES WILL DROP WELL BELOW NORMAL FOR THE FIRST HALF OF
NEXT WEEK...WITH RECORD LOW TEMPERATURES POSSIBLE IN SOME AREAS.
