EASTERN UPPER AND FAR NORTHERN LOWER MICHIGAN...MIXING WITH AND
CHANGING TO RAIN FOR PORTIONS OF THIS AREA. SEE ONGOING ADVISORIES

VERY STRONG WESTERLY WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP LATE THIS
