FEBRUARY 15TH...SETTING A NEW RECORD FOR THE DATE. THIS BEATS THE
OLD RECORD OF -16 DEGREES FROM 1963.

IN ADDITION...THE PELLSTON REGIONAL AIRPORT RECORDED A LOW
TEMPERATURE OF -23 DEGREES...BEATING THE OLD RECORD OF -22 DEGREES
FROM 2004.
