* TIMING...RAIN WILL SPREAD BACK INTO THE REGION THIS AFTERNOON
  AND CHANGEOVER TO SNOW LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH MID EVENING.

* MAIN IMPACT...SNOW. TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS TONIGHT THROUGH
  TUESDAY WILL RANGE FROM 4 TO 8 INCHES WITH THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS
  ACROSS THE SNOW BELT AREAS OF NORTHWEST LOWER MICHIGAN. LOCALLY
  HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE DUE TO LAKE EFFECT.

* OTHER IMPACTS...PERIODS OF POOR VISIBILITY DUE TO SNOW. SOME
  ICY SPOTS DEVELOPING ON WET ROADS DUE TO TEMPERATURES FALLING
  INTO THE 20S.
