  IN INTENSITY TUESDAY EVENING AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE NIGHT.

* THE HEAVIEST SNOWFALL RATES WILL OCCUR BETWEEN 7 PM TUESDAY
  AND 1 AM WEDNESDAY.

* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 6 TO 7 INCHES.

* GUSTY EASTERLY WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH WILL RESULT IN PERIODIC
  SIGNIFICANT REDUCTIONS IN VISIBILITY IN FALLING AND BLOWING
  SNOW.
