  MORNING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 4 TO 8 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE TUESDAY
  THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT.

* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT OF 8 TO 12
  INCHES POSSIBLE...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS.

* SIGNIFICANT REDUCTIONS IN VISIBILITY ARE POSSIBLE STARTING
  TUESDAY NIGHT. WIND GUSTS OVER 30 MPH EXPECTED TO RESULT IN
