WEATHER ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM EST SATURDAY.

* LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL DEVELOP THIS MORNING AND CONTINUE THROUGH
  TONIGHT IN AREAS PRIMARILY WEST OF INTERSTATE 75.

* THE HEAVIEST SNOWFALL RATES WILL OCCUR BETWEEN 7 AM THIS
  MORNING AND AND 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON.

* ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 5 INCHES. HIGHEST AMOUNTS
  IN THE WESTERN PORTION OF THE COUNTY.

* LOOK FOR PERIODS OF POOR VISIBILITY.

* EXPECT WIND CHILLS TO RANGE FROM 15 AND 30 BELOW ZERO THIS
  AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

* PLAN ON SLIPPERY ROAD CONDITIONS...INCLUDING DURING THE
  MORNING COMMUTE. THE COLD WIND CHILLS WILL CAUSE FROSTBITE IN
  AS LITTLE AS 30 MINUTES TO EXPOSED SKIN.
