An aggressive round of winter weather continues across the region
and as a result, a variety of Winter Weather Advisories and
Winter Storm Warnings continue across the region. This system
will push from west to east across the region over the next
couple days. Travel disruptions are occurring as a result of heavy
snowfall and strong winds. If you have travel plans to start this
week, be sure to monitor the latest weather forecast information
and road conditions. Conditions have already begun to improve
across western portions of the region. Following this system,
temperatures are expected to remain below average for this time of
year, before beginning to increase heading into the weekend.
