...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN WALKER AND
SOUTHWESTERN BLOUNT COUNTIES THROUGH 300 PM CDT...

At 237 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Sipsey, or near Sumiton, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Sumiton, Dora, Sipsey, Arkadelphia, Rocky Hollow, Lynns Park, Empire,
Powellville, Smoke Rise, and Rickwood Caverns.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
