.DISCUSSION...High pressure ridge over the area this morning will
gradually slide eastward through the day and be offshore tonight.
Patchy fog along area creeks and ponds will mix out by 9 am and
with the cool start to the day the morning inversion will lift
around 10 am. Winds through midday will be squirrelly then become
southwesterly at 4 to 6 mph under the canopy and 6 to 8 mph in
open areas. Afternoon minimum RH will be around 25 percent. This
evening an inversion will develop with mixing heights rapidly
lowering however winds will remain around 5 mph overnight as a
weak front will be approaching from the northwest. Patchy fog will
be possible tonight mainly along area lakes and rivers.
