* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Isolated power outages
  possible.

...BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM EDT THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Storm total snow accumulation of 8 to
  12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Northern Penobscot and Northern Piscataquis Counties.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below one quarter mile due to
  falling and blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are expected and
  will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening.
  Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could
  significantly reduce visibility. Very strong winds could cause
  extensive damage to trees and power lines and lead to widespread
  power outages.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are
expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds
and poor visibilities are likely. This will lead to whiteout
conditions, making travel extremely dangerous. Do not travel. If you
