At 457 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located long a line extending from near R7 Tower to 10 nm east of Tug Rio Caroni, moving southeast at 30 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts in excess of 50 knots, and small hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas.
