...FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAS EXPIRED FOR NORTHWESTERN APPANOOSE,
SOUTHEASTERN LUCAS, MONROE, WAYNE AND NORTHWESTERN WAPELLO
COUNTIES...

The heavy rain has ended and flash flooding is not expected to
continue. However, emergency management officials continue to report
standing water and flooding across the warned area. Therefore, the
Flash Flood Warning has been replaced with a Flood Warning. Please
continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1200 AM CDT for portions of
south central and southeast Iowa.
