.DISCUSSION...
Dry conditions will continue through Friday. Relative Humidity
values will start off near 70% at ignition time then bottom out
near 20% by 5-6pm. Winds will start out of the NW just after
daybreak then turn to the West by 11am and stay there. Wind speeds
should stay 10mph or less through the day. May see some gust in
the 12-14mph range in the afternoon hours. Little to no cloud
cover will allow finer fuels to continue to dry out. As a result,
of these conditions, dangerous fire weather conditions will be
likely.
