...Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity and
increased in duration for the following rivers in Texas...

  North Bosque River At Valley Mills affecting McLennan and Bosque
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM EARLY THIS MORNING TO LATE
TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...North Bosque River at Valley Mills.

* WHEN...From early this morning to late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 39.0 feet, Moderate out of bank flow is expected
  along the river. The approach ramps to the bridge will flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 35.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 36.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 36.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 40.1
    feet late this morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    late this afternoon.
