Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Northeast Montana
National Weather Service Glasgow MT
225 AM MDT Sun Apr 14 2024

.DISCUSSION...
Warm and dry conditions are expected today and tonight. Monday
afternoon a surface trough will move across the western zones
bringing a wind shift from east to northwest. This will then
transform into a cold front Monday night and bring chance for
isolated to scattered showers, colder temps, and gusty winds to
the region lasting through Thursday night. Strongest wetting rain
chances (20-40%) are Tuesday morning in the Yellowstone Valley
before trailing off to near nothing mid week. Then a warming trend
is expected for the weekend.
