  Trinity River near Romayor affecting San Jacinto, Liberty and
  Polk Counties.

  Menard Creek near Rye affecting Liberty, Polk and Hardin Counties.

  Trinity River near Crockett affecting Madison, Trinity, Houston
  and Walker Counties.

  Trinity River at Liberty affecting Liberty County.

  Trinity River near Goodrich affecting San Jacinto, Liberty and
  Polk Counties.

  Trinity River near Moss Bluff affecting Chambers and Liberty
  Counties.

  Trinity River at Riverside affecting San Jacinto, Trinity, Polk
  and Walker Counties.

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Texas...

  Bedias Creek near Madisonville affecting Madison and Walker
  Counties.

For the Trinity River...including Crockett, Riverside, Romayor,
Goodrich, Liberty, Moss Bluff...Major flooding is forecast.
For the Menard Creek...including Rye...Moderate flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

To escape rising water, take the shortest path to higher ground.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* IMPACTS...At 41.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding begins as water
  spreads into the flood plain. Livestock and equipment should be
  removed from the flood plain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 41.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 30.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:30 AM CDT Saturday was 42.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Monday morning and continue falling to 38.7 feet
    Thursday morning.

    ending at 9:45 AM CDT Saturday was 23.0 feet.

    feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this
    evening.

* IMPACTS...At 41.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins in the
  vicinity of the gage creating problems for cattle ranches and
  prison farms. Livestock may need to be removed from low areas in
  the flood plain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 41.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 35.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 AM CDT Saturday was 41.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 42.0 feet this evening. It
    will then fall Monday morning. It will rise to 42.3 feet
    early Wednesday morning. It will then fall again but remain
    above flood stage.

* IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, Major lowland flooding begins as homes in
  several subdivisions above Liberty begin flooding. Extensive
  flooding over much of Liberty County can be expected with each
  incremental rise in the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 31.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 21.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 AM CDT Saturday was 31.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 31.6
    feet early tomorrow afternoon.

  several homes in the Deep River Plantation and Green Rich Shores
  subdivisions. Roads into several subdivisions in Walker and
  Trinity Counties and secondary roads along the river are inundated.

  - At 9:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 140.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 133.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
