  Coastal waters from High Island to Freeport TX out 20 NM...
  Galveston Bay...
  Waters from High Island to Freeport TX from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 245 AM CDT.

* At 213 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from Galveston Bay to near Galveston 256, moving east at
  30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  High Island 157, Heald Bank, High Island A23, Rollover Pass, High
  Island 63, High Island A179, Buoy 42035, High Island A61, High
  Island 208, and northeastern East Galveston Bay.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
