* Special Marine Warning for...
  Waters from High Island to Freeport TX from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 815 AM CDT.

* At 744 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm possibly producing a
  waterspout was located near High Island 208, moving southeast at
  20 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts of 40 knots or greater, and small
           hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  High Island A61.

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.
