...ON THIS DATE IN WEATHER HISTORY...

In 1989, Salina Kansas, was the hot spot in the nation
with a high of 105 degrees.  The high was also an April
record for the State of Kansas.  In 1958, an astonishing
two day snowstorm buried parts of South Central Montana
with five to six feet of snow.
