The National Weather Service in Wichita has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northeastern Butler County in south central Kansas...
  Northern Greenwood County in southeastern Kansas...

* Until 745 PM CDT.

* At 646 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 19 miles east of Burns to near Augusta, moving east
  at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  El Dorado, Eureka, Hamilton, Rosalia, Cassoday, Eureka City Lake,
  El Dorado Airport, El Dorado Lake, El Dorado State Park, Eureka
  Airport, and Thrall.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for south
central, southeastern and east central Kansas.
