...GUSTY WINDS EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON INTO THE EVENING...

Gusty westerly winds of 35 to 45 mph are expected this afternoon
through early evening. The winds will begin to diminish late in
the evening past sunset to the 20 to 30 mph range.

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure loose outdoor items.
