            *** 1 FATAL ***
            A vehicle traveling along highway 49
            encountered highwater approximately 1 mile
            north of the Leflore/Holmes county line. The
            vehicle subsequently traveled off of the
            road and into deeper water. The driver
            attempted to exit the flooded vehicle and
            subsequently drowned.
