The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL out 20
  NM...
  Waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL from 20 to 60
  NM...

* Until 715 PM EDT.

* At 547 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from 28 nm east of
  Amelia City to 26 nm west of Talbot Island, moving east at 50
  knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to 40 knots, and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Atlantic Beach, Casablanca Reef, Mayport, Nassau Sound Approach
  Buoy 6a, Tournament Reef, Anna Reef, Amelia City, Palm Valley,
  Jacksonville Beach, Talbot Island, Saint Johns Lighted Buoy,
  Dungeness, Navy Drydock, and Whittakers Snapper Hole Reef.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for northeastern
Florida...southeastern Georgia...and the adjacent coastal waters.
