  Waters from Cameron LA to High Island TX from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 500 AM CDT.

* At 427 AM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near High Island
  167, or 22 nm east of Heald Bank, moving northeast at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  West Cameron Wc303, West Cameron 294, High Island 167, West Cameron
  165, High Island A177, and High Island 129.
