.DISCUSSION...
Northwest to north winds today will shift to northeast by
mid-morning on Wednesday. Winds will surface at the burn site as
early as 8am or as late at 11am. A wind shift to onshore south to
southwest is likely on Wednesday, as early 4pm or as late as 7pm.
Similar conditions are expected on Thursday, but with slightly
weaker winds. Winds will remain offshore on Friday, but much weaker
thank Wednesday or Thursday, with a better onshore push in the
afternoon. Humidities will lower significantly as a result of the
offshore flow, plus or minus 5 percent from forecast.

Humidity............25-40 percent at 8am. Min 12-15 percent.
Eye level winds.....Northeast to east increasing to 8 mph with
                    gusts to 16 mph by 10am becoming south to southwest

Ridgetop wind.......Northeast 15-25 mph with gusts to 35 mph becoming
                    10-15 mph with gusts to 20 mph late.
Transport winds.....Northeast 10-15 mph early becoming 15-25 mph.

Max humidity........50 percent.
