The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  East central Mineral County in eastern West Virginia...
  Central Hampshire County in eastern West Virginia...

* Until 1115 AM EDT.

* At 1039 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Romney,
  moving east at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damaging winds will cause some trees and large branches
           to fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as
           damage homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by
           downed trees. Localized power outages are possible.
           Unsecured light objects may become projectiles.

* Locations impacted include...
  Romney, Springfield, Capon Bridge, Augusta, High View, Shanks,
  Three Churches, Frenchburg, Headsville, Higginsville, Slanesville,
  Bloomery, Reeses Mill, Wapocomo, and Timber Ridge.
